1. Flexy 7 Option:
- This option provides you the freedom to cancel your reservation without any charges up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- If you decide to cancel within the 7 days leading up to your arrival, you will receive a full refund of your reservation amount.

2. Non-Refundable Reservation:
- If you choose the "Non-Refundable" option, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- This option does not allow for cancellations or refunds. However, it guarantees the reservation of your accommodation as agreed upon.

24-Hour Reception:
Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist you with your needs at any time.

Check-In Hours:
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm. During this period, our staff will be delighted to welcome you and help you settle in.

Late Check-In:
In case you arrive after 7:00 pm, there will be a one-time fee of $300 mexican pesos. If your arrival is later than 10:00 pm, the fee will be $600 mexican pesos.
