At Hotel Villa Aikia, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer flexible options to accommodate your individual needs when it comes to reservation cancellations. Below, we outline our two cancellation policy options:

1. Flexy 7 Option:
- This option provides you the freedom to cancel your reservation without any charges up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- If you decide to cancel within the 7 days leading up to your arrival, you will receive a full refund of your reservation amount.

2. Non-Refundable Reservation:
- If you choose the "Non-Refundable" option, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- This option does not allow for cancellations or refunds. However, it guarantees the reservation of your accommodation as agreed upon.

24-Hour Reception:
Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist you with your needs at any time.

Check-In Hours:
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm. During this period, our staff will be delighted to welcome you and help you settle in.

Late Check-In:
In case you arrive after 7:00 pm, there will be a one-time fee of $300 mexican pesos. If your arrival is later than 10:00 pm, the fee will be $600 mexican pesos.

Please note that, in consideration of the comfort and safety of all our guests, animals and pets are not permitted on the premises.
